Abandoned checkout recovery compared

Miruto vs Montonio Order Rescue

Montonio is a good payment provider, and its Order Rescue emails shoppers who started a Montonio payment but never finished it. Miruto starts much earlier. It sees the shopper from the first product in the cart, knows where they came from and what went wrong, and talks to them by message, not one more email.

Where each one starts seeing the shopper

Order Rescue follows up only on shoppers who already reached the payment step and picked Montonio. Someone who left at the delivery field, or because a button did not work, never becomes a Montonio order, so Order Rescue never hears about them.

A message gets read. An email waits.

Inboxes are full of newsletters, receipts and other stores' reminders, and one more email is easy to miss. Miruto writes where people actually answer, and uses email only when there is nothing else.

01

It knows the story before it writes

Where the shopper came from, what they looked at, what they filled in, where they stopped and whether the page threw an error. A shopper who hit a bug gets help, not a sales line.

02

It can answer back

Questions about size, delivery or payment get a real answer from your store's own data. A person can take over at any time.

03

It never guesses about the customer

Order history is checked against paid orders by account, email and phone. If nothing is found, it does not claim this is a first order.

It also fixes the reason people leave

A reminder brings back one shopper. Fixing the checkout brings back everyone who would have left for the same reason.

From a live store

The checkbox nobody saw

On one store the “I agree to the terms” checkbox sat where shoppers did not notice it. They pressed Place order, got an error they did not understand and left. A payment-side tool never sees this: these shoppers never reach the payment page.

  • SpottedMiruto saw the same error on the same step in many sessions.
  • Proposed a fixIt moved the checkbox into view and made the message clear, and the owner approved it with one click.
  • Orders came throughThe next orders went through and the same usability error has not been detected since.

Questions

Do I have to stop using Montonio?

No. Keep Montonio for payments. Miruto works with any WooCommerce payment method, Montonio included. Just run one recovery tool for the same shoppers so nobody gets two follow-ups.

Isn't a direct message too pushy?

It would be without rules. Miruto has strict ones: quiet hours, two messages at most, stop in any words, no invented urgency. See how Miruto talks

What does it cost?

You pay only for orders Miruto brings back. Pricing
